About iHalalConference

The International Halal Conference (iHalalConference) is a global platform dedicated to advancing thought leadership, innovation, and collaboration within the global Halal ecosystem. Established in April 2020, the conference was founded to bring together scholars, regulators, industry leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to address the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the Halal industry worldwide.

The initiative was founded by Dr. Hani Al-Mazeedi and Mr. Mohammed Noor with a vision to create a trusted space for global dialogue, knowledge exchange, and strategic cooperation across sectors influencing the Halal economy.

Held under the patronage of H.E. Mr. İhsan ÖVÜT, Secretary General of Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC), the conference reflects a shared commitment to strengthening international standards, governance, and ethical frameworks that support sustainable growth of the global Halal industry.
